PopuP Dinners & Events

ChiliCali hosts Indonesian pop-up dinners, and events regularly. Please sign up for our mailing list to be in the loop. Our last event was with Outstanding in the Field at Markegard Family Grass-Fed Ranch for a 4-course Indonesian meal in their lush pastures overlooking the Sonoma coast.

Cooking Workshops

Our Indonesian cooking workshop is for food enthusiasts who wish to learn or improve their knowledge of Indonesian cuisine, and the use of spices, and techniques. The workshops are hands-on, small group to keep it intimate, located in our commercial kitchen, and typically about 2 hours. After the workshop, enjoy a family-style dinner with wine.
